A graduate of DeMatha Catholic High School and Virginia State University, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting, Bobby has built an impressive 32-year career in the federal government, specializing in financial management and budgeting.
Bobby Enoch currently serves as the Director of Budget within the Office of Operations at the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), where he leads the agency’s strategic financial planning and budget execution in alignment with its public health mission. With over three decades of federal service, Bobby brings deep expertise in financial management, organizational leadership, and cross-functional coordination.
